TEMPO.CO
, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) published today’s weather forecast for Greater Jakarta or Jabodetabek. Unlike yesterday’s prediction, there is no chance of rain in the capital city today.
The activity predicted that partly sunny skies will dominate Jakarta’s skyline now. Only South Jakarta and East Jakarta will be cloudy in the afternoon. At night, West Jakarta will have sunny skies.
The greatest temperature may reach 35 degrees Celsius, which is estimated to be in the West Jakarta area, with a greatest air humidity of 85 percent.
There is also no chance of rain in Tangerang City, Serpong (South Tangerang City), and Tigaraksa (Tangerang Regency) today. In these regions, partly sunny skies are imagined in the morning, followed by cloudy skies in the afternoon and evening.
The air temperature is estimated to be 35 degrees Celsius, with the humidity level reaching up to 95 percent in Serpong and Tigaraksa.
Meanwhile, the potential for rain remains for Bogor, Depok, and Bekasi now although with light intensity. After a sunny morning, rain may soak the sections in the afternoon and night.
BMKG also released an early threat of the possibility of moderate to heavy rain borne by thunders and strong winds in these regions. Tribe are thus asked to stay vigilant.
