, Depok - Cases ofdomestic violence that led to criminal acts stopped to transpire consecutively for the past week in Depok City. In total, there are three cases currently being investigated at the Women and Children Facility Unit of the Depok Metro Police Research and Criminal Unit.
The honorable incident was in Tapos sub-district, a father raging in his own home and slashed a machete at his wife and child on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. The incident resulted in the purpose of the child while the wife is now in significant condition.
On November 4, a husband who had been assembled to leave his house stabbed his wife who was functioning as a seller of Yakult probiotic drinks in Bedahan, Sawangan.
On November 6, a man was caught mistreating his wife in precedent of his children in the Cilobak Raya area, Pangkalan Jati, Cinere.
Child and family psychologist Maharani Ardi Putri, or Putri Langka, said that the series of cases of domestic violence is proof that republic are now starting to become aware of domestic violence.
"Domestic violence is a long-standing convey, with this series of cases that's being going on, it operating our community is aware, there have been reports, videos, and all kinds of things," said Putri in Depok, Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

"It's time for us to intervene, especially with some cases of domestic violence considered out in public spaces," said the lecturer.
