Lion Air, Wings Air Reopen Flights from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport

, Jakarta - Two Lion Air Group low-cost carriers, Lion Air and Wings Air, are set to required flight operations in the Halim Perdanakusuma Jakarta International Airport once the airport completed its revamp.
"Currently, preparations are populate made such as ground service equipment, flight documents, and others so that the procedure of air travel for passengers is smooth and safe," said Corporate Communications Strategic of Lion Air Group, Danang Mandala Prihantoro in a statement Wednesday, August 31.
He added that the commerce is preparing operational services that will pander to market demands for the mopish and medium term. Prihantoro believes flights from Halim Perdanakusuma will help slice travel time for city residents that intend to fly to latest regions.
“Flight routes will be operated gradually which includes the older routes that are re-operated and new routes,” said Prihantoro.
Meanwhile, another Lion Air Group subsidiary, Batik Air, plans to wait on flights to 17 cities that include Medan, Padang, Riau, Batam, Palembang, Bengkulu, Lampung, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Malang, Surabaya, Bali, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Makassar and Maluku.
